Our Love Story
Every love story is unique, so is ours. It started on a Friday evening, watching a movie together turned into late night walks, long talks, shared dreams, and countless moments that led us here—to this day, surrounded by the people we love most.

The First Date
An Autumn evening spend in the cinema. After a few weeks of chatting online we decided to go watch a movie together. A friend was brought along in case of awkward silences. (or for safety in case one of us was a psychopath)

From our first trip together in Rome onwards, we love to explore the world together, from the Lego House in Billund to the Karst Mountains in Guangxi and from the Eiffel Tower in Paris to the Yellow Crane Tower in Wuhan. On our travels we discovered that home isn't a place—it's being with each other.

Living Together
Starting in a small apartment in the city centre of Apeldoorn, just above to toko, we built the first steps of our life under a shared roof. We found our daily routines, survived to Covid Lockdowns and later on moved to a larger apartment and finally to our first house in Zeewolde.

Expanding the Family
Haidai joined our home. A year later we welcomed his “brother” Nuomi. Their arrival evolved us from being a couple to being a family. Paving the way for a life filled with long walks in nature, dog toys and pet love.

Our Wedding Day
On this auspicious date on the Chinese Calendar, we say “I Do”. From this day onward, a new chapter of our life begins. We celebrate it with our closest friends and family. Surrounded by flora and fauna in Ouwehands Dierenpark. We hope you are able to join us!
